Estrellita was the first successful, narrow-beam 12 ft skiff built in
Australia. She was the winner of the Australian 12 ft skiff championships in 1951-52 and 1953-54.
After she finished second in the 1954-55 and 1955-56 championships, she was retired from active
racing and was later used as a fishing dinghy by her old skipper.
