There is an increasing use of the Museum's facilities by the public for corporate functions, cocktail parties, re-unions, weddings and other celebratory events.

A number of venue options exist, including

• the Museum grounds, with the sweeping panorama of the Brisbane River from Kangaroo Point to the City skyline

• the restored Officers' Wardroom of Diamantina

• the Museum galleries

The Museum has contact with a number of reputable and reasonably priced catering firms, or you can engage your own caterers.
